General Information

  • Model CAPO-203 Oven accommodates standard 1/4 size sheet pans
    and standard 2-1/2” deep
    half size or 2/3 size steam table pans.
     
  • Model CAPO-303 Oven (& Stacking Kit CAPO-3303S)accommodate
    standard
    half size sheet pans and standard 2-1/2” deep full size
    steam table pans.
