Convection Ovens

General Information

  • All Cadco Convection Ovens are designed for use on a countertop or an oven stand.
  • 1/4 Size Ovens accommodate standard 1/4 size sheet pans and standard 2-1/2” deep half size steam table pans.

  • Half Size Ovens accommodate standard half size sheet pans
    and standard 2-1/2” deep half size steam table pans.
  • Full Size Ovens accommodate standard full size sheet pans.
  • All Cadco ovens are made to Cadco, Ltd. specifications by UNOX S.p.A.  Applicable NSF and UL (through CSA Standards or through MET) listings are under the UNOX model numbers. For Approvals and Listings details, please go to the Oven Approvals & Ventilation page.
  • All oven models have 90 day warranties on the light bulbs and gaskets. These items are not service center items; contact Cadco directly.
  • All oven models have a one year warranty on the motors/fans.

OV-013SS: Catering Oven with Stainless Steel Door
                   The caterer’s choice for on-site cooking.
                   Great for all types of basic baking
                   (same as OV-013 except SS door).
                   Half size / 3 shelves / 120V

OV-023:   208-240 Volt power. Great for all types of
                   basic baking. (replaces OV-400)
                   Half size / 4 shelves / 208-240V     
OV-023P: Pizza Oven with 4 Pizza Heat Plate Shelves
                   208-240 Volt power. Great for all types of
                   basic baking.
                   (same as OV-023 except shelves)

These ovens offer a more durable construction with parts designed to meet the needs of higher use outlets. Models range from Quarter Size to Full Size.
120 Volt & 208/240 Volt models available.

A cooking system of high-tech fans that switch direction, moving air for even cooking. These models combine high quality design with the patented heat distribution system, programmable digital controls, and the availability of humidity in larger Half Size
and Full Size ovens.
