Foods should be fully cooked and already hot before being placed in Buffet Server section, which is designed for keep-warm function only.
Our steam pans (pans only, not the lids) may be used to cook/heat foods to serving temperature in an oven, and then covered and transferred to the cart warming surface for keep-warm.

NOTE: ALL Cadco’s Mobile Carts are customizable! Since we build them ourselves, we can offer them with/without built-in Buffet Server and/or built-in Range on top, plus we can offer custom sizes. Ask us!
