The glass cooking surface is designed to resist thermic shocks; It allows cooking of frozen products even at maximum temperature without damage to the grill surface
Balanced covers - the cover remains parallel to the cooking surface up to a height of 2 3/4” for even grilling of thick sandwiches or other foods
Easy-clean surfaces - resists carbon residue buildup; glass surface is smooth and nonporous
